These Terms of Service govern your use of the Diagnosa HP application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to the terms below.
11. About the Service
Diagnosa HP is a utility app for Android and iOS that helps you check your device’s condition and contents: device info, storage, RAM, battery, network, speed test, sensor/hardware tests, a toolbox, and a Phone Condition Report. The App is provided free of charge.
22. License to Use
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on devices you own for personal purposes, subject to these Terms and the terms of the app store (Google Play/App Store) you downloaded it from.
33. Restrictions
You agree not to:
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App beyond what applicable law permits.
• Use the App for unlawful purposes, including manipulating Phone Condition Report results to deceive another party in a sale.
• Redistribute, sell, or rent the App without the developer’s written permission.
44. Data Accuracy & Disclaimer
The App displays data measured directly from the operating system and device sensors. While every effort is made to keep measurements accurate, results (including estimated battery health, speed test results, and the Phone Condition Report score) are indicative and can be affected by hardware limitations, the operating system, or network conditions at the time of measurement.
The Phone Condition Report is not a substitute for a professional technical inspection, an official inspection, or a warranty from a seller or manufacturer. Any decision to buy, sell, or otherwise act based on the App’s results is entirely the user’s responsibility.
55. Intellectual Property
The name "Diagnosa HP", its logo, and all related design elements belong to the developer. These Terms grant no ownership of that intellectual property to the user, beyond the limited right to use it described in section 2.
66. Changes to the Service
The developer may add, change, or discontinue certain features over time, including due to changes in platform policy (Google Play/App Store) or operating system limitations (particularly on iOS).
77. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App, including losses resulting from transaction decisions based on the App’s diagnostic results.
88. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
